عيد العرش لسنة 2025


منذ ستة وعشرين سنة على جلوسه على العرش، ومنذ الخطاب الملكي الأول، ومنذ اللقاء الأول بين الملك محمد السادس وشعبه الوفي، أظهر كلاهما الوفاء والولاء لعقد البيعة الشرعية المتبادل، واجتازا معًا العراقيل والصعوبات، واحتفلا معًا بالإنجازات والانتصارات…

فتلاحم العرش والشعب ليس مادة للاستهلاك الإعلامي، بل هو حقيقة أثبتتها أحداث مختلفة على أرض الواقع، وأرّخت له خطابات ملكية سامية.

جوانب متعددة وكثيرة يمكننا الحديث عنها وإثارتها بمناسبة احتفالاتنا بالذكرى السادسة والعشرين على جلوس الملك محمد السادس على عرش أسلافه المنعمين… إذ لا يمكننا اختزالها في هذا الحدث أو تلك القرارات الاستراتيجية، لكنه قاد بكل تأكيد “ثورات هادئة” قوية وعميقة في كل المجالات وفي كثير من الملفات، أولها مغربية الصحراء، ومبادرة الحكم الذاتي، والعودة للبيت الإفريقي، والبنية التحتية، وفي مجالات القانون والتشريع والحريات والعدالة وحقوق الإنسان، والمفهوم الجديد للسلطة، ومدونة الأسرة، والإنصاف والمصالحة، والتقرير الخمسيني، وإعادة هيكلة الشأن الديني، وأحداث مؤسسات خاصة بمغاربة العالم… وغيرها كثير.

الأشغال والرافعات في كل بقاع المملكة، وفي كل شبر من الوطن، هناك إعادة هيكلة ومشاريع أحلام في الرياضة والصحة والتراث اللامادي جارية التحقيق.

فكان المواطن والوطن هو النقطة الأساسية في أجندة جلالة الملك محمد السادس. كان حاضرًا بكل ثقله المعنوي والدستوري والتاريخي والديني، سواء بصفته رئيسًا للدولة المغربية، أو بصفته أميرًا للمؤمنين، سواء في مشروع إعادة صياغة مدونة الأسرة، أو برامج التنمية المستدامة والتشغيل والصحة والتغطية الاجتماعية والسجل الاجتماعي الموحد، أو في قضايا مغاربة العالم، حيث كان المدافع الأول عن قضاياهم وانتظاراتهم، سواء داخل المغرب أو خارجه.

أو أثناء تقديمه لقراءاته النقدية البنّاءة وتشريحه الموضوعي والواقعي في خطاباته السامية، لأن: “الشأن الاجتماعي يحظى عندي باهتمام وانشغال بالغين، كملك وكإنسان. فمنذ أن توليت العرش، وأنا دائم الإصغاء لنبض المجتمع، وللانتظارات المشروعة للمواطنين، ودائم العمل والأمل، من أجل تحسين ظروفهم…”

ومادام الشيء بالشيء يُذكر، فإن احتفالات سنة 2025 تقتضي منا تسليط الضوء على مفخرات هذه السنة، وأولها توقيع العهد الجديد من الاتفاقيات الاستراتيجية بين المغرب وفرنسا، وزيارة الدولة للرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون للمغرب عقب الاعتراف القوي بمغربية الصحراء… وما تلا ذلك من اعترافات وازنة كاعتراف بريطانيا والبرتغال في شهر يوليوز، أو استقبالات ذات أبعاد ودلالات استراتيجية كاستقبال وزراء خارجية الساحل في شهر أبريل 2025.

لكن يبقى القرار الاجتماعي والمجتمعي الأهم خلال سنة 2025 هو إهابة أمير المؤمنين بعدم ذبح أضحية عيد الأضحى، والاكتفاء بالشعائر الأخرى كإقامة صلاة العيد، والقيام بأعمال الإنفاق وصلة الرحم.

فبعد سنوات جفاف عجاف تضرر منها القطيع، وبعد محنة اقتصادية تضررت منها فئات واسعة من المجتمع المغربي، جاءت الإهابة الملكية لرفع الحرج عن العديد من المواطنين في حالة عسر.

لقد كانت الرسالة الملكية ليوم 26 فبراير 2025 بخصوص تلك الإهابة جامعة مانعة، إذ جاءت: “من منطلق الأمانة المنوطة بنا كأمير للمؤمنين، والساهر الأمين على إقامة شعائر الدين، وفق ما تتطلبه الضرورة والمصلحة الشرعية، وما يقتضيه واجب رفع الحرج والضرر وإقامة التيسير…”.

الإجماع الوطني القوي، سواء داخل المغرب أو لدى مغاربة العالم، والانخراط في تنزيل هذه الإهابة الملكية بخصوص عيد الأضحى، زاد من قوة العروة الوثقى بين العرش والشعب. أعتقد أن انشغال الأجندة الملكية بالتنمية المستدامة والرفاه الاجتماعي، جعل الشغل الشاغل للملك محمد السادس هو المواطن، والبحث عن أمنه وسلامته من خلال تعزيز الأجهزة الأمنية والقضائية، وأمنه الصحي من خلال أحداث منظومة متكاملة للصحة، سواء ما يتعلق بالموارد البشرية أو الصناعات الدوائية، وأمنه الغذائي والطاقي من خلال إحداث منظومة وطنية متكاملة تتعلق بالمخزون الاستراتيجي للمواد الأساسية، لا سيما الغذائية والصحية والطاقية، والعمل على التحيين المستمر للحاجيات الوطنية. كل هذه الانشغالات المهمة والاستراتيجيات الاجتماعية، جعلت من المملكة المغربية مملكة مواطِنة، وضعت في صلب أجندتها واهتماماتها المواطن، وجعلت من الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، الملك المواطن والملك الإنسان.
